Location / Site Directions: Sherman Street - 10th to 7th Streets Estimated Value: $380,000.00 and $400,000.00 The major work to be done includes the following approximate quantities: Install 1,300 feet of 8 Inch CL. 52 D.I. Water Line, fittings, valves, water service pipe, meter boxes, and meters. Perform: 750 square yards of HMAC Trench Resurfacing, minor removal and replacement of Concrete Curb and Gutter, 6 Inch PCC Driveways, 4 Inch PCC Sidewalk, 4 Inch PCC ADA Access Ramps, and restoration and performance of additional and incidental work as called for in the plans and specifications. The work to be completed under this Contract includes the following work on Sherman Street in the City of Lebanon, Oregon. The principal features and approximated quantities of the work are as follows: 1. 1,300 lineal feet of 8 Inch Cl. 52 DI Potable Water Pipe and Fittings 2. 750 square yards of HMAC Trench Resurfacing 3. Remove and Replace 175 lineal feet of Concrete Curb and Gutter 4. Reconstruct 415 square feet of 6 Inch PCC Driveways 5. Reconstruct 1,150 square feet of 4 Inch PCC Sidewalk and ADA Access Ramps 6. All other incidental work necessary to provide a complete project 7. City of Lebanon to provide all necessary construction staking In addition to the required Performance and Payment Bonds, the Contractor as well as all Sub Contractors must provide and file with the Construction Contractor's Board a $30,000.00 "Public Works Bond" to be used exclusively for unpaid wages as determined by BOLI. The City of Lebanon requires written verification from the Contractor that this provision has been met prior to commencement of any work on the project.
