The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. a certified or cashier s check or bid bond in the amount of ten (10) percent of the total amount of the proposal. certificate and a performance bond with surety satisfactory to the City of Lebanon in an amount equal to 100 percent of the contract price within ten days of the date of notification to successful Bidder. The City of Lebanon reserves the right to award the contract to the firm submitting the most qualified proposal, to postpone the acceptance of the proposal and the award of contract for a period not to exceed 30 days, or to reject any and all proposals received.
