In accordance with RCW 39.10.380, GC/CM (General Contractor/ Construction Manager) is requesting sealed proposals from contractors for the above referenced scopes of work. The project is to construct 2 new buildings and remodel multiple Central Maintenance buildings at the Rocky Reach Facility Hydro Facility for Chelan County PUD No. 1 and Lydig GC/CM. The project will also include the remodel of the existing Visitors Center Building. Deadline for questions is July 27th, 2020 @ 2:00PM. Final Addendum will be issued no later than July 31st, 2020. Questions should be directed to mseeberger@lydig.com. You will need photo ID when you arrive at the security gate. The name on the ID will need to match exactly the name provided (see below). Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to clear security. Please bring and wear your masks during the walk through. All walkthrough attendees must provide names of the individuals that will attend the walkthrough a minimum of 24 hours prior to the walkthrough date/time to get access granted to this secure facility. Names shall be submitted to Jamie DeFranco-Chupa via e-mail (jdefranco@lydig.com). All bidders are strongly encouraged to thoroughly review the schedule and phasing plan included with the bid package to familiarize themselves with the project logistics prior to the walkthrough. The GC/CM and Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities on the bids received.
