Site work and paving for a road / highway in Wenatchee, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The Project Work to be performed under this Contract includes completing the Work broadly described below, in accordance with the Contract Documents. Work shown on the Construction Plans, indicated in the Specifications, or indicated elsewhere in the Contract Documents is part of the Work, regardless of whether indicated below. The Work includes but is not limited to demolition, temporary erosion and sedimentation control, clearing and grubbing, earthwork, site grading and import, placement and compaction of crushed surfacing materials, asphalt paving, utility extensions, CXT restroom installation, picnic shelter and other associated appurtenances and site improvements. Project duration is 55 Working Days. All work performed on the project will be subject to prevailing state wage rates. There is no prebid meeting for this project. Please note that per City Code, access to the project site is prohibited until April 1st. Violators will be subject to a Class 3 civil infraction. Est. Completion Date: Oct. 1, 2021 All questions regarding the project referenced above are to be submitted by prospective Bidders no later than 4:00 PM on March 30, 2022. No further questions and/or inquiries will be addressed after that date/time. All questions received prior to the aforementioned deadline will be addressed by 4:00 PM on April 1, 2022
