The project consists of roadway Full Depth Reclamation (FDR) with cement and emulsion for Port Malabar Blvd from Palm Bay Road to Babcock Street in the City of Palm Bay. The roadway improvements include 2" milling the entire two travel lanes and then FDR remaining asphalt and then paving. Construction shall include all incidentals items for work to be performed as per the construction plans for the Port Malabar Blvd Road Improvements, and pay quantities provided in each of the bid documents. Accompanied by a certified or cashier's check (drawn in favor of the City of PalmBay, Florida) or by a Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the totalBid. The CONTRACTOR shall furnish certified copy of the recorded PerformanceBond and a certified copy of the recorded Labor and Materials Payment Bonds ("Bonds")meeting the approval of the CITY, each in an amount at least equal to the Contract Priceas security for the faithful performance and payment of all the CONTRACTOR's obligations under the Contract Documents Finally completed on the Final Completion Date and ready for final payment in accordance with this Agreement within two hundred ten (210) calendar days after the date when the Contract Time commences to run as provided in the Notice to Proceed Any Bidder's listing of exceptions in its bid will in no way obligate the CITY at any time to change the conditions of its bid or Agreement.
