Renovation of a museum in Taylors Falls, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.

This project will address both building preservation and site drainage. The contractor shall use lead safe practices; all three structures have tested positive for lead based paint. The general scope of work for the project will include, but is not limited to the following: Folsom House Exterior Preservation - Full removal of exterior paint on the wood siding and trim. - Repair and/or replacement of deteriorated wood siding and trim - Restoration of wooden storm windows - Paint removal on decorative elements including (but not limited to) shutters, porch columns and railings, and latticework. - Repair and/or replacement of shutters, porch columns and railings, and latticework. - Rebuilding of porches on west façade - Install flashing over eaves - Repaint house - Minor structural stabilization Garage Exterior Preservation - Full removal of exterior paint on the wood siding and trim. - Repair and/or replacement of deteriorated wood siding and trim - Install flashing over eaves - Repaint Garage Wellhouse Preservation - Full removal of paint on wood siding, trim, and well lid. - Repaint Wellhouse Site Drainage - Concrete sidewalk and asphalt driveway replacement - Storm system drainage installation - Selective regrading to redirect storm water This project has been awarded to Flannery Construction
