Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Little Falls, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
This project has a Targeted Group (TG) Economically Disadvantaged (ED), Veteran Owned (VO) preference and a 2% TGB subcontracting goal established. SUMMARY OF WORK: The work will be done under one prime contract that includes: General, Mechanical, and Electrical construction. The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. The project consists of the demolition, removal, and replacement of four (4) horizontal pressure filters, booster pumps, process piping, pipe supports, valves, blower and compressor, chemical feed systems, electrical equipment, and miscellaneous plumbing and mechanical equipment. Mechanical Systems, Construction, Electrical and Controls, Water Infrastructure (Water Meters) The Project consists of the demolition , removal, and replacement of four (4) horizontal pressure filters, booster pumps, process piping, pipe supports, valves, blower and compressor, chemical feed systems, electrical equipment, and miscellaneous plumbing and mechanical equipment. A bid alternate is requested for an additional 160' of 12" water main with flow metering manhole located outside of the water treatment plant building *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
