Renovation and addition to a clubhouse / community center in Little Falls, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the addition of a 4,013-square-foot, one-story above grade clubhouse / community center; and for the renovation of a 5,203-square-foot, two-story above grade clubhouse / community center.
Sealed bid proposals will be received in accordance with the construction contract documents, as prepared by BHH Architecture. The work will be accomplished through multiple contracts with City of Little Falls, with Contegrity Group Inc. acting as the Construction Manager. The following categories of work will be bid (subject to change): Earthwork/Utilities, Concrete, Masonry, Carpentry, Casework, Aluminum Entrance & Glazing, Acoustical Treatments, Tile/Flooring, Painting, Fire Suppression, Mechanical/Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical/Communications. Material Only Categories: Standard Doors/Frames/Hardware. As of December 7, 2023, construction commenced September 2023, Completion is expected July 2024. All trades have been awarded. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
