Demolition, site work, renovation and addition to a day care center in Little Falls, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the addition of a 10,970-square-foot day care center; and for the renovation of a 78,690-square-foot day care center.
The work will be accomplished through multiple contracts with Little Falls Community Schools, with Contegrity Group Inc. acting as the Construction Manager. The following categories of work will be bid (subject to change): Earthwork/Utilities, Exterior Improvements, Concrete, Masonry, Carpentry, Casework, Aluminum Entrance & Glazing, Acoustical Treatments, Gypsum Board, Tile, Flooring, Painting, Fire Suppression, Mechanical/Plumbing, HVAC, and Electrical/Communications. Material Only Categories: Standard Doors/Frames/Hardware and Specialties. As of December 27, the construction manager has awarded all trades. Construction is expected to start Spring 2024. Completion is expected early November 2024. If awarded a contract, each successful Bidder with a contract value of $175,000.00 or more shall be required to furnish both Performance and Payment Bonds covering faithful performance of the contract and the payment of all obligations arising under such contract for such bonds shall be the latest edition of the AIA Document A312/CM, in the amount equal to 100% payment. *This project has been awarded and all trades have been let.
