East Side Tower Rehabilitation. The project is located in the City of Little Falls, Minnesota, which is located in Morrison County 1. Interior Wet Rehabilitation (a) Complete removal and replacement of protective coating system. 2. Exterior Rehabilitation (a) Complete removal and replacement of protective coating system with full curtain containment and fitted bonnet. (b) New tower lettering/logos. 3. Interior Dry Rehabilitation (a) Complete removal and replacement of protective coating system. 4. Complete sandblasting and painting of fire hydrants. 5. Miscellaneous grinding, welding, and caulking. 6. New drain "mud" valve. 7. New mixing valves in interior wet. 8. New LED aviation obstruction light and post. 9. New LED Tower lighting (logos). 10. New overflow pipe screen. 11. New pressure manway gasket. 12. New inlet/outlet fittings, plugs, valves, and sample tap. 13. New in-line temperature sensor. 14. New safety climb equipment/systems. No pre-bid conference will be held for this project. Est.
