The Department of Military Affairs intends to award on one-time contract with a Responsible Contractor for the purpose of constructing a concrete pad and access drive for a secured vault farm located at Camp Ripley Training Center (further defined and in accordance with Exhibit C of the Sample Contract.) THIS IS A FORMAL EVENT/SOLICITATION. Responders must submit their bids on the Supplier Portal. No Non-Electronic or email responses will be accepted. The response must be submitted no later than the date and time called for in the Finish Time in the Event Details. QUESTIONS. All questions should be submitted no later than 3:00 p.m., September 6, 2023. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the questions/clarifications due date and time.
