Construct 4 Lanes w/8ft Shoulders from west of Prairie City Road to east of East Bidwell Street next to and on White Rock Road 3.12 Miles. Includes Mass Grading, Hot Mix Asphalt, Drainage, Bridges, Traffic Signals, Signage and Striping. Requests for technical information or clarification shall be directed to the City's representative, BrianReed at breed@folsom.ca.us. Each bid must be accompanied by security consisting only of cash, California Bank Cashier's Check, Certified Check, California Bank Money Order, or bid bond made payable to the "City of Folsom" in the sum of ten percent (10%) of the sum of the proposal. The right to reject any and all proposals, or waive any informality in any proposal received is reserved by the City Council/JPA Board. DBE forms to be filled out by the three low bidders shall be submitted to the City Clerk’s Office no later than Tuesday, September 15, 2020 by 4:30 PM.
