This Tender is for General renovation services at various locations around the city of Barrie. Barrie Housing owns and operates 953 units, scattered among 14 sites. Please note that the organization adheres to strict timelines in the area of vacancy turnover as per applicable County of Simcoe directives. Successful bidders must prioritize work for Barrie Housing keeping in mind that units must be turned over within a 30-day target. For: The supply and install of: - Kitchen cabinets - Kitchen countertops - Kitchen sinks - Kitchen/Bathroom ceramic tiling - Vinyl Plank Flooring - Bathtub and surround - Bathroom Vanity Complete up to 36" - Painting of Units Term of 3 years with possibility to extend for 2 (one) year terms
