This quotation is being called to invite qualified suppliers to provide preventative maintenance, testing and reporting services required for standby generators and automatic transfer switches owned by the City and managed by the City's Corporate Facility Services department. The City has standby generators and automatic transfer switches that require annual, semi-annual and quinquennial preventative maintenance services along with testing and reporting services. There are eleven (11) standby generators requiring these services in the initial contract term. Five (5) standby generators will be incorporated into this contract in the extension years, if the City exercises its option to extend the contract.
