Scope includes but is not limited to: selective demolition, concrete, concrete cutting, metal fabrications, misc rough carpentry, plastic-laminate-faced architectural cabinets, penetration fire-stopping, joint sealants, insulation, hollow metal frames, flush wood doors, access doors & frames, all-glass entrances & storefronts, door hardware, glazing, decorative glass glazing, mirrors, non-structural metal framing, gypsum board, tiling, acoustical panel ceilings, resilient base & accessories, resilient tile flooring, tile carpeting, interior painting, visual display units, panel signage, stainless-steel toilet compartments, cubicle curtains & tracks, wall & door protection, toilet accessories, fire extinguishers & cabinets, metal lockers, plastic-laminate-clad lockers, plastic-laminate-clad counter-tops, solid surfacing counter-tops, fire suppression, plumbing, HVAC, testing & balancing, electrical, fire-alarm system. lt #1: Work in the Referee's Area, including demo, new walls, door & frames, finishes, equipment, mechanical, plumbing, & electrical.
