Additions and renovations to existing one-story library located at 127 Macon Lane, Seymour, TN. The building consists of 9,592 SF of heated space and 354 SF of covered porches. The building consists of stack space, circulation work space, kitchen, restrooms, adult, teen and children's areas, and meeting room. The project is located on a one-acre tract. The building is classified by 2012 International Building Code as A-3 Assembly and will be classified as Type Vb, un-sprinklered. The exterior walls will be wood studs with brick and exterior insulation and finish system. Roof will be prefab wood trusses with fiberglass shingles. The work also includes certain items of equipment, including plumbing, fire protection, heating-ventilating-air conditioning, electrical, lighting and communications-alarm-signal systems.
