Each contractor shall complete all work through Substantial Completion in accord with the contract within one hundred eighty (180) consecutive calendar days from the date of the Authorization to Proceed and shall complete all remaining work in accordance with the contract (Final Acceptance) within thirty (30) consecutive calendar days from the date of Substantial Completion.
