Site work and paving for a civil project in Union City, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project; road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project consists of resurfacing all corridors and providing drainage improvements for Old Savannah Square. The contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment and labor to complete the required scopeof services as described in its entirety to the specifications as directed and the terms of thecontract including all incidentals as directed by the City of Union City Director of Public Services orhis representative Bids must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5 percentof Bidder's maximum Bid price and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or aBid bond. Contractor shall furnish performance bonds in an amount at least equal to theContract Price, as security for faithful performance and payment of all of Contractor's obligationsunder the Contract Documents. Bids will remain subject to acceptance for 180 days after the Bid opening, or for suchlonger period of time that Bidder may agree to in writing upon request ofOwner. The Work will be substantially completed within 30 days and completed and ready forfinal payment with 60 days after the date when the Contract Times commence to run.
