**As of April 19, 2021, the project has been awarded but award amount was not confirmed and also the construction start date and completion date.** The City is seeking qualified vendors to provide the requested improvements which consist off: addition of a gateway sign with with water feature and median landscaping improvements. Question Acceptance Deadline - 02/19/2021 05:00 PM EST.Questions are submitted online - No The work under this contract shall consist of installation of gateway sign with water feature and median improvements including all the supervision, materials, equipment, labor and all other items necessary to complete said work with the terms of the Agreement The base bid for this project shall include the gateway wall with sign, waterfall feature and associated plumbing and lighting elements. Alternate 1 for this project shall include replacement of the curb and gutter and new landscaping for the large median where the gateway wall is located. Alternate 2 for this project shall include the replacement of the curb and gutter and landscaping in the remaining small medians.
