Construction is complete. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidders to deliver bids by the date and time and in the manner indicated. Addition of a pad mounted chiller and related hydronic lines. Addition of a fire alarm system. Rated enclosure and cable pathway for future installation of a distributed antenna system for first responders. Other miscellaneous architectural and electrical demolition and construction to support this scope. Any interested bidder shall contact Botesch Nash and Hall, the architect, at 425-259-0868 at least 24 hours in advance so plans can be made to manage social distancing. General Contractors may obtain three sets of Contract Documents, and Mechanical and Electrical Contractors may obtain one set.
