Renovation of an educational facility in Everett, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Construction is complete. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidders to deliver bids by the date and time and in the manner indicated. Late bids will not be considered and will be returned to the Bidder unopened. Everett School District No. 2 reserves the right, as described in the Instructions to Bidders, to postpone the Bid opening, to waive informalities or irregularities in the bid process, and to reject any or all Bids. Briefly, the scope of the work includes: Removal and replacement of HVAC units, HVAC controls, boilers, hydronic pumps and water heaters. Ductwork is mostly reused. Addition of a pad mounted chiller and related hydronic lines. Addition of a fire alarm system. Rated enclosure and cable pathway for future installation of a distributed antenna system for first responders. Other miscellaneous architectural and electrical demolition and construction to support this scope. Any interested bidder shall contact Botesch Nash and Hall, the architect, at 425-259-0868 at least 24 hours in advance so plans can be made to manage social distancing. General Contractors may obtain three sets of Contract Documents, and Mechanical and Electrical Contractors may obtain one set.
