The Work to be performed under this contract includes providing labor, materials, and equipment necessary for handyman services at various Port locations on an as-needed basis. The Contractor will perform interior and exterior Tenant Improvement (TI) projects, building improvement and maintenance projects. Typical projects include but are not limited to: o Minor Carpentry: Repairing or installing shelves, cabinets, trim, molding, demolition and construct demising walls, move a non-structural wall, drop down ceiling installation, hard lid ceiling construction, build a pony wall, repair, or replace countertops, install blinds, etc. Painting: Interior and exterior painting, touch-ups, and minor surface preparation. Drywall Repair: Patching holes, repairing cracks, and smoothing out blemishes in drywall. Minor Plumbing Work: Fixing leaks, unclogging drains, replacing fixtures, and installing or repairing toilets. Minor Electrical Work: Installing or replacing light fixtures, ceiling fans, as well as other minor electrical work. Door and Window Repairs: Installing or adjusting doors and windows, repairing or replacing locks, handles, hinges, and screens. Flooring Work: Repairing or replacing carpet, tiles, hardwood, laminate, or vinyl flooring. Furniture Assembly Appliance Installation and Repair Pressure Washing: Cleaning exterior surfaces, decks, driveways, and sidewalks using a pressure washer. Gutter Cleaning and Maintenance Minor Roof Repairs: Fixing leaks, replacing damaged shingles, and sealing flashing around chimneys and vents. General Maintenance: Pre and post construction cleanup and other handyman services.
