The Village of Elk Grove Village will receive sealed bids for the installation of 86 feet of 12 water main quality storm sewer, 247 feet of 8 PVC, 13 feet of 6 PVC, 5 feet of 4 HDPE, inlets and catch basins with new frames and grates, sidewalk, pavement removal and replacement, driveway removal and replacement, curb and gutter removal and replacement, landscaping restoration all incidental and collateral work necessary to complete the project within Village limits as shown on plans and as described herein. Final Completion Date: The Contractor shall be required to complete all underground, landscape restoration, fence re-erecting and punch list work for the project by 3:00 PM on Friday, October 30, 2020 This work shall include final restoration and punch list work Prospective bidders are advised to carefully review the General Conditions, Special Conditions, Special Provisions and Plans of this document. All bidders must be prequalified prior to receiving bid proposal packets. Final approval by the Village of all work on in this contract will occur on within 30 days of completion of all work.
