Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Oakland, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

The City of Oakland proposes to conduct bicycle and pedestrian improvements along San Pablo Avenue between its intersections of 32 nd Street, Brockhurst Street, and 34 th Street. Market Street between its intersections of 4 th Street through 7 th Street, 14 th Street, 16 th Street, 18 th Street, 19 th Street, and 21 st Street in the City of Oakland in Alameda County. Work will include, in general, of ugrading traffic signals, rectangular rapid flashing beacons (RRFBs), and crosswalk enhancements including advanced stop lines, signing and striping, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliant curb ramps. Work will also include signal equipment upgrades, utility upgrades, curb extensions, landscaping, bicycle lane striping and pavement markings, and other pavement markings as needed. All work will be conducted within the local right-of-way; no temporary or permanent easements will be necessary. Questions Due: August 4, 2020, by 2:00 PM by email to the Project Manager.
