Schneider Construction Services LLC reserves the right as Construction Manager to request pricing from other sub-contractors if the pricing on a specific quoted change cannot be agreed upon by SCS and sub-contractor as being fair and reasonable or cannot be negotiated. Schneider Construction Services LLC can, at its discretion award changes in specific Bid Package Scope of Work to another sub-contractor if the quoted price cannot be agreed upon by both parties.
