All change proposals will be submitted including the following information: Copies of all sub-contractor estimate paperwork including estimate sheets, supplier proposals and installation proposals (if applicable). Schneider Construction Services LLC reserves the right as Construction Manager to request pricing from other sub-contractors if the pricing on a specific quoted change cannot be agreed upon by SCS and sub-contractor as being fair and reasonable or cannot be negotiated. Schneider Construction Services LLC can, at its discretion award changes in specific Bid Package Scope of Work to another sub-contractor if the quoted price cannot be agreed upon by both parties.
