If 11x17 hard copies are preferred, a $500.00 fee in the form of a cashier's check or a money order payable to EST, Inc. will be due at time of pick up. Requests for bidding documents shall be made a minimum of one hour prior to the intended pick up time. Partial sets of drawings and specifications will not be available. Planholders receiving bidding documents will be recorded, and only bids from recorded planholders will be eligible for award.
