This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Corporation of the City of Kawartha Lakes to prequalified General Contractors to submit non-binding quotations for 2020-85-CQ City Hall HVAC Replacement. The City of Kawartha Lakes is requesting quotations from prequalified General Contractors for the replacement of the HVAC system at City Hall, 26 Francis Street, Lindsay. The work will include installation of a new cooling tower, piping, electrical, new boiler and pumps, installation of a variable refrigerant flow (VRF) system, condenser units, evaporator coils, removal and reinstallation of heat pumps, and finishing work.
