The project consists of a 4,000 square foot addition to the main administration building with 3 laboratory rooms, staff offices and associated service spaces. Due to the recent Covid-19 State requirements, a mask is required to be worn by all persons present during the bid opening. The Pre-bid Conference meeting is also to identify preferred brand alternates and their performance standards that the owner will consider for approval on this project.
