Site work, renovation and addition to a fitness / recreation center in Jacksonville, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the addition of a fitness / recreation center; and for the renovation of a 17,918-square-foot fitness / recreation center.
Deadline for submission of questions pertaining to the project will be Monday, July 12, 2021. Questions are to be sent via email to Jenny Williams at jenny@s2a3.com. Remove portions of existing buildings as shown on the demolition plans or as required by new work shown on the Construction Drawings. Remove paving and curbs as required to accomplish new work. Remove concrete slabs on grade as required to accomplish new work. The work to be performed under this contract includes the construction of a new gymnasium, lobby, and related support spaces. Renovation of existing building and construction of a maintenance building Construction Contract Time: A. Substantial Completion - 305 days after issuance of Notice to Proceed B. Final Completion - 30 days thereafter As of July 14, 2021, two addenda have been issued.
