Renovation of a multi-residential development in Yakima, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
The Yakima Housing Authority will receive via email, Invitation for Bids from qualified General Contractors to perform, subcontract and coordinate all work required for the repairs and rehabilitation at two sites known as Mariposa Park, in Yakima, Washington The Yakima Housing Authority reserves the right to cancel this invitation to bid, to waive as informality any irregularities in the bids, to reject any and all bids, and to accept the responsive bid from the lowest, qualified and responsible Contractor whose bid meets all the requirements of this solicitation. Within one week of execution of the Contract, Contractor shall submit Performance and Payment Bonds in the amount of the Contract Sum. Bidder acknowledges the requirement that the date of commencement of the Work will be no sooner than Tuesday, October, 2020 and be Substantially Complete no later than June, 2021.
