Site work, remodeling, renovation and addition to a military facility in Yakima, Washington. Completed plans call for the addition of a military facility.
The Contractor shall install a backup power generator at the Petroleum, Oil, and Lubricants (POL) facility (Bldg 1834). No backup power capability (generator) currently exists at this site. Generator is to be a 3-Phase propane powered self-contained unit and utilize a GFE propane tank. The new generator and all associated features are to be installed adjacent to the incoming power transformer. Incidental design to determine correct sized generator, ATS, layout, proper design of connections, and other items installed are included nd complete all work on all Base Item(s) no later than 360 calendar days after the date of issuance of the Notice to Proceed for the Base Item(s)
