Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Robbinsville, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
Work includes construction of 29 UNITS of precast sanitary sewer manholes, 4,302 LF of sanitary sewer main, 5,291 LF of sanitary sewer laterals, 290 UNITS of cleanouts, 142 UNITS of sanitary connections to trailers, 150 LF of concrete encasement, 1 LS of existing sanitary system flushing, 1 UNIT of precast storm manhole, 2 UNITS of precast inlets, 1 UNIT of precast concrete headwall, 65 LF of storm piping, 590 LF of concrete curb, 150 SY of concrete sidewalk, 4,700 SY of pavement restoration, and incidentals. Bid must be accompanied by a NonCollusion Affidavit and a bid bond or certified check for not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid, providing that said check or bid bond need not be more than $20,000.00 nor shall not be less than $500.00, and be delivered at the place and on or before the hour named above. Bids may be mailed or dropped off. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or accept a bid which, in its judgment, best serves the interest of the Township. Any awarded Contractor shall maintain all documentation related to products, transactions, or services under this contract for a period of five years from the date of final payment. Such records shall be made available to the New Jersey Office of the State Comptroller upon request.
