The contractor must take into consideration that this building is a hospital which remains occupied for the duration of the work, with the exception of the work area. The building's activities are continuous 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. To ensure cohabitation allowing continuity of care, the contractor must familiarize himself with the methods to follow for the phasing of the work, service cuts, temporary installations and other instructions specific to work in a hospital environment. The contractor must also refer to the complete plans and specifications (architecture, mechanics, electricity and structure) to determine the precise scope of the work and the protective measures required.
