Site work and paving for a civil project in South Lake Tahoe, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
Estimated cost range is $1,250,000 - $1,500,000. Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to: traffic control, Cold milling, pulverization, asphalt paving, lowering and raising utilities, PCC curb ramps, storm drain system construction, pavement striping, and conduit installation. Each Bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or a bond in the sum of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total aggregate of the Bid price, including all additive Bid items, as required in the Instructions to Bidders. The City, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, and to waive any errors or discrepancies in the Bids.
