Estimated cost range is $1,250,000 - $1,500,000. Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to: traffic control, Cold milling, pulverization, asphalt paving, lowering and raising utilities, PCC curb ramps, storm drain system construction, pavement striping, and conduit installation. Each Bid must be accompanied by cash, a certified or cashier's check, or a bond in the sum of not less than ten percent (10%) of the total aggregate of the Bid price, including all additive Bid items, as required in the Instructions to Bidders. Response Types - Line item Type of Award - Lump Sum License requirements - Class A Liquidated Damages - $4000 Start/Delivery Date - 9/8/2020 -10/15/2020 Project Duration - 37 Calendar days Online Q and A - Yes Q and A Deadline - August 5, 2020 5:00PM(Pacific) Pursuant to the provisions of California Labor Code, Sections 1770 to 1780, inclusive thereof, the Contractor, and any subcontractor, of any tier, shall pay not less than the prevailing rate of per diem wages as determined by the Director of the California Department of Industrial Relations. The City, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, and to waive any errors or discrepancies in the Bids.
