White Salmon Valley School District (WSVSD) is soliciting competitive bids from responsible contractors for the construction of the Multi-Purpose Facility Project on a vacant site near 480 NW Loop Rd, White Salmon, WA 98672. The metal building components shown in the contract documents have been purchased by the owner and will be provided to the contractor for installation. The scope includes the completion of the building, systems, and interior components, as well as site work as shown on Civil, Architectural, and Electrical drawings. No bidder may withdraw or modify their proposal after the time set for the bid opening until after 60 calendar days from bid opening date. Bids received after the specified time for receipt will be returned to the bidder unopened.
