Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in White Salmon, Washington. Working plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.

The project will rebid this winter.** The project includes reconstruction and paving of approximately of 125,000 SF of parking lot located adjacent to Columbia High School, Wallace & Priscilla Stevenson Intermediate School, & Henkle Middle School, commonly referred to as the A-Court parking area. Aspects of this project include: Site grading, excavation, hauling, and storage and/or disposal of excavated asphalt and existing base materials, placement of new base aggregates, HMAC resurfacing, restriping, pavement markings, signage, lighting improvements, ADA improvements, construction of new curbs, gutters and sidewalks, revisions of existing traffic flow, utility adjustments, conduits, landscaping area preparation, and all other required aspects of the project shown in the plans. A certified or bank cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount, payable to the White Salmon Valley School District, or bid bond executed by a licensed bonding company is required with each bid. The district shall have the right to reject any or all bids not accompanied by bid security or data required by the bidding document or a bid in any way incomplete or irregular.
