Site work and renovation of a medical facility in Keller, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility; and for site work for a medical facility.
Scope of Work: - The contractor will be responsible for all required permits, licenses, fees, etc. - The contractor will supply all labor, materials, supervision, tools and equipment to complete renovation project. - The contractor will be responsible for demolition and debris removal - The contractor will reframe all walls and finish to match existing. - The contractor must provide all rough carpentry and millwork and finish carpentry. - The contractor will supply and install doors/storefronts/entrances/glass and glazing. - The contractor will provide metal/framing/GWB/ceilings/flooring/painting. - The contractor will provide Fire Protection/Plumbing/HVAC/ Electrical. All questions must be submitted no later than 9:00 a.m. PST, July 6, 2022. Requests for interpretation/clarification of this RFP must be emailed to Clifford.brisbois@lrchc.com. The Tribes reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any minor informalities or irregularities contained in any proposal, and to accept any proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the Tribes. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
