Renovation of a mixed-use development in Lockport, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a office development.
As of September 1,2020 project was awarded to Walter S. Johnson Building Co. Inc. but couldn't provide the total awarded amount . The start and completion date was not determined yet. No bidder may withdraw their bid within 45 days after the actual date of the opening thereof. Payment procedures and additional requirements are defined in the contract documents. Bidders are required to furnish a Proposal Guaranty of 10 percent of the amount of the Proposal, either by bank cashiers check, payable to the owner, or Bid Bond, conforming to law, and satisfactory to Owner. Performance, Labor and Material Payment Bonds are required. The Work consists Renovations consisting of reconstruction of stone panel replacement with an EIF's system, masonry restoration, and exhaust fan replacement. TA Project No.: 19112
