A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Sub Bid Category Masonry, Roofing Contractor Qualification DCAMM Certificate Sub Bid Deadline 8/6/20 Time 2:00 P.M. The scope of the work includes: Exterior masonry restoration and repairs Rebuilding of entry stairs; replacement metal handrails. New storm windows Replacement roofing, and associated sheet metal flashings Preparation and painting of existing All staging, stairs, hoisting, rigging, lifts and access required to complete the work shall be the responsibility of the General Contractor. The Contractor is responsible for obtaining and paying for permits, erecting and maintaining, in safe condition, allscaffolding,stairs and hoisting, and associated equipment required on the job. All work shall comply with OSHA requirements and the requirements of all applicable state and local laws, codes, regulations and ordinances. Specifically, the Contractor must designate a safety supervisor who is familiar with OSHA Publications 2202, 3077, and 3072, and those that deal with construction industry safety standards, personal protective equipment, and sling safety and labor. No swing staging shall be permitted without specific written approval of the Owner.
