The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to remove of existing roof on building SH64 to the wood plank decking and the installation of a new 2-ply modified bituminous membrane roof complete with new fibreglass roof access ladder. Tenderers are advised that this opportunity has been set-aside under the Federal Government Set-Aside for Aboriginal Business, in accordance with the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business.
