The Department of Public Works is seeking to pre-qualify respondents to design, construct and deliver Modular Buildings across the province to meet Provincial infrastructure objectives. Construction Management services are fundamental to these projects and will be provided by the modular building company if they have the capacity or by a third -party provided by the Supplier. The modular building company is the lead partner to contract with the Province. The successful respondents who qualify for this RFSQ will provide services for projects up to nine million ($9,000,000.00) dollars per Call Up. The details of the location, quantity of sites, level of complexity, and scope of services, etc. required will be detailed in a Call Up Statement of Work documents provided at a later date. The term of the Master Agreement is to be for a period of one (1) year. The Province reserves the right to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2), one (1) year extensions beyond the initial term, for an overall potential maximum of three (3) years in total. The Province has a need to respond quickly in the provision of permanent or movable infrastructure throughout the province by the acquisition of Modular Buildings. DPW intends to issue Call Ups for prototypes or repeated standardized designs. These are to be 'turnkey' deliveries at locations to be determined by DPW. Some projects will require non-combustible construction type requiring a steel modular system while others will require wood modular systems depending on program requirements and building type.
