Wharton-Smith, Inc. is proudly the Construction Manager serving City of Port Orange and is soliciting proposals from prequalified subcontractors for the construction of City of Port Orange Public Utilities Field Operations Facility. The project consists of the project consists of two new buildings. One 11,417 SF administration building and one 12,289 SF PEMB warehouse building. The project will include but is not limited to; Concrete, Masonry, Structural Steel, Carpentry, Waterproofing, Roofing, Doors and Frames, Door Hardware, Overhead Doors, Glass and Glazing, Drywall, Stucco, Tile, Acoustical Ceilings, Flooring, Painting, Division 10 Specialties, Shop Equipment, Appliances, Window Treatments, Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings, Fire Protection, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Sitework and Utilities, Fencing, Landscape and Irrigation. Bids received after the appointed date and time will be subject to rejection. Bids will only be accepted from Prequalified Firms utilizing the required Form of Proposal included in the Bid Package.
