Renovation of an educational facility in Port Orange, Florida. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A. This project consists of the removal of an existing 30 ton water source heat pump from the NE mechanical room in the cafeteria building. The replacement of this unit will be moved to the very northeast corner of the building by converting the existing stage storage area into a new mechanical room. The existing mechanical room will remain as a location for various existing panels and devices. This will involve the remodeling of ceilings, addition of various architectural components to make the new room and allow for the extensions of ducts and condenser water piping. B. Type of Contract: Project will be constructed under a single prime contract.
