Site work for a water / sewer project in Houston, Texas. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
**As of September 3, 2020 this project has been awarded to T Construction LLC with a total amount of $1,289,229.47 Work shall include the relocation of sewer services for approximately 150 properties (over two years) throughout the City. The relocation includes the abandonment of the sewer to the back lot main, and the installation of a new sewer to the front lot main. Work may include tapping the main and installing a cleanout at the property line. The private sanitary sewers primarily range in size from 4 to 8 inches in diameter. The Contractor is responsible for installing new service connections and related appurtenances in accordance with the current City of Houston Plumbing Code (latest version). Restoration may include milling, asphalt overlay, and ancillary work to remove and restore surface features disturbed as a result of the work. The work items shall be as per Document 00410B Bid Form, Part B of this Project Manual. Restoration work after the necessary "replacement" jobs are also covered as per Document 00410B Bid Form, Part B.
