Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Monterey, California. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
City of Monterey invites sealed bids for furnishing the following: Waterfront Resources Recovery Facility. In general, the work consists of, but is not limited to, construction of a trash compactor facility, furnish and install three (3) 15-cubic yard trash compactors, utility connections and site work/improvements adjacent to the facility. Any person in doubt as to the true meaning of any part of the specifications, or who finds omissions therein, may submit to the issuing department contact, a written request for an interpretation or correction thereof. In order to respond to such questions and amend specifications as necessary, the City may extend the bid opening date as deemed necessary. A 10% bid bond is required with this bid proposal. A report will be forwarded to the City Council in the Council Chambers of the City Hall to wit, Few Memorial Hall of Records, and the Council may award the bid, reserving the right, however to reject any and all such bids.
