Renovation of a parking garage in Laval, Quebec. Design plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
Upgrades, repairs and improvement to the City municipal garages. The scope of the project includes the replacement of the existing heavy vehicle lifting system in the municipal garage located at 2550 Boulevard Industriel and installation of a vehicle lifting system in the garage No. 3 located at 1550 Boulevard Chomedey. TIMELINE: The owner has awarded an electrical and mechanical engineering professional consulting firm for the preparation of studies, plans and specifications as well as services during construction work. Preliminary studies and conceptual planning are underway. Preliminary plans are expected to begin in December 2020. Working drawings are anticipated in February/March 2021. Tender for the general contractor is slated for mid-spring 2021.
