Renovation of a water / sewer project in Portland, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

On projects where bidders are required to be prequalified, the bidder must be prequalified by Procurement Services in the stated category for an amount equal to the amount shown in the project description in this advertisement. Additional prequalification requirements may be described in the project specifications. A prequalification application must be filed with Procurement Services at least ten (10) calendar days prior to the last day for receipt of bids, unless stated otherwise in the bid documents. The City encourages bidding by COBID certified firms and will assist such firms to understand and participate in the formal bidding processes. The first phase shall include the following: Attend pre-construction conference where NTP will be issued at or shortly after the conference. Submit required documents at the pre-construction conference; Obtain all required Permits including, but not limited to, building Permit and trade Permits; Establish required programs with Procurement Services and the Owner including, but not limited to maintaining job site records, labor relations, and COBID participation; Submit as required the cost loaded comprehensive Construction Schedule to the Owner's Representative; Submit as required the Schedule of Values integrated with the cost loaded schedule; Provide submittals for major pieces of equipment including, but not limited to, six (6) main unit pump MCCs, one MCC for two (2) jockey pumps, remote control panels, control disconnect panels, medium voltage cables and terminations and monitoring devices as required. Upon approval of the submittal(s) by the Owner's Representative, place orders. Submit executed purchase orders for major pieces of equipment that includes, but is not limited to, manufacturer's delivery schedule for each piece of equipment. Submit equipment delivery schedules including, but not limited to, dates of multiple delivery schedules for the same major piece of equipment; Procure and manage Subcontractors for all elements of the Work to be performed in all phases of the Work; Develop and implement the Site Specific Safety and Health Plan (SSSHP);
