Site work and paving for a civil project in Cambridge Springs, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
High Street and Pleasant Street Waterline Replacement generally involves the following Work: Replacement of Watermain, House Connections and Pavement Restoration. Each bid must be accompanied by proposal security in the form of a certified check, bank cashier's check, or bid bond in an amount equal to not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid price in accordance with provisions contained in the "Instructions to Bidders" section of the specifications. Proposal Security shall be made payable to the Borough of Cambridge Springs. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid guarantee in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bid bond with corporate surety, payable to the Borough of Cambridge Springs in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the Total Bid Price This project is subject to the Pennsylvania Department of Labor and Industry Prevailing Wage Rate Determinations, which are included in the Contract Documents. The Borough of Cambridge Springs reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities in the bidding.
