Site work for a water / sewer project in Saint Augustine Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
In accordance with Florida Statutes, Section 287.055 Consultant's Competitive Negotiation Act (CCNA) St. Johns County is soliciting Qualifications from firms to perform Design-Build services for the construction of FEMA Category B Emergency Berms which will be restoring the qualifying damage, per FEMA's project worksheet, caused by Hurricane Matthew. All work shall be completed ensuring proper execution and compliance with any and all Federal, State, and Local rules, regulations, and FEMA program intent. Bid Bond No It is anticipated that the Design-Build contract will be executed in October 2020. The design, permitting, and construction of the Project are expected to be completed before the end of Summer 2022.The project covers about 19.8 miles of coastline from the Duval County line south to the northern boundary of the Fort Matanzas National Monument. The project is divided into reaches.
