Remodeling of a municipal facility in Saint Augustine Beach, Florida. Completed plans call for the remodel of a municipal facility.
The Project generally consists of remodeling the existing second-floor southeast wing of the Richard O. Watson Judicial Center building. The scope includes alterations like the removal/replacement of existing finish materials; surface prep and new paint finish on walls; the relocation/reinstalling of existing workstations and furniture; removal/relocate existing doors; removing and providing walls; removing/replacing expansion joint cover. It also includes minor mechanical, electrical, and fire protection alterations, as provided in the bid documents and exhibits The County's Designated Point of Contact for this IFB is Bryan Matus, Senior Procurement Coordinator, St. Johns County Purchasing Department. Any and all questions and/or inquiries shall be directed, in writing, via email to bmatus@sjcfl.us. In the event the Designated Point of Contact is absent or otherwise unavailable for more than three (3) business days, firms may contact Diana Fye, Senior Procurement Coordinator, at dfye@sjcfl.us.
